My #walkaway
journey began on 9/11. I was a vehement Leftist at the time, totally
indoctrinated through college and my own naive arrogance. After 9/11, I wanted
answers and started seeking truth. I started listening to Dennis Prager on the
radio, and even though I disagreed with almost everything he said and often
yelled back at the radio, I kept listening. I even called in and argued with
him. Years passed. I got married, had children, and starting losing my naivety
and ignorance. It was gradual and took about 10 years, but Dennis Prager's
rational, kind, and common sense wisdom broke through the brainwash. I am now a
Precinct Leader and GOP electoral delegate in my state, and I am homeschooling
our four children so they don't have to undergo the same indoctrination I did.
I am happier, more grateful, more fulfilled, and more generous than I ever was
when I bought into the Leftist lies.
I left the Left
because I believe values and behavior matter far more than race, gender, and
class. Because I have far more in common with Thomas Sowell than Nancy Pelosi,
no matter what color our skin or what's between our legs.
I left the Left
because I live in the freest, most diverse, most blessed nation in the history
of humanity, and I refuse to allow ignorant ingrates to crap all over it.
I left the Left because I wanted to fight REAL human evils and not made up hysterias.
I left the left because I believe intellectual diversity is the only true diversity, and that to silence ideas you disagree with is fascist.
I left the Left because to encourage people to think they are victims is to condemn them to a life of unhappiness and misery.
I left the Left because men and masculinity are AMAZING, beautiful, and necessary to a good society. They are not predators, and I am not a victim.
I left the Left because I studied history, and learned that capitalism is the ONLY economy that has ever created wealth and lifted millions out of poverty.
I left the Left because I stopped asking "what FEELS good?" and started asking "what DOES good?"
I'm so excited about this movement. Almost all the major institutions in America are owned by the Left: Hollywood, academia, and the media. But, the last election showed me that there ARE those who can see through the bullshit, who don't care if they are called names and hated, and who understand that the fight to save our country is WORTH IT.

I was a Dem for nearly 40 years. At some point during the fiasco known as the Carter Administration, it occurred to me that the Democrats had been promising the same things since the 1940’s and they had delivered on none of them!
In 1980, I voted for Ronald Reagan. That man, in spite of several double-crosses by the Democrats accomplished more in four years than the Democrats have done before or since.
